We are currently busy developing a powerful new module for Liquidus that will provide client/desktop intergration with Microsoft`s Live Communications Server. This new system will allow customers who run Liquidus on their intranet with access to their Active Directory to run our Plugin to enable real-time caller identification and intelligent automated support call logging.
