The latest version of Liquidus Help Desk now includes Mobile Browser Support for most smart phones including iPhone, Nokia, Windows Based and most other leading smart phone providers.
You can now stay up to date while on the move using Liquidus Mobile, once logged in you can access features including your next 7 days event reminders, your customer and contacts list and your outstanding support requests. You can also update existing requests to response directly from your mobile phone. The mobile interface can be skinned to include a basic mobile version of your corporate style as a Custom User Interface.
We think this feature is very handy for companies who have remote workers providing support on the move. Using Liquidus Help Desk, mobile workers armed with just a mobile can now;
