Improved MS Outlook Tools

<font class=bodyTxt color=#000000 size=3>Liquidus provides optional MS Outlook Support to provide a seamless link between email support requests from your clients and the Liquidus Help Desk System to allow your staff to create and update support requests directly from MS Outlook.In a perfect world, all support requests would be made directly via a single common system however in practice clients tend to send in requests for support using a mixture of phone calls, emails and web based requests. Liquidus provides methods of capturing all of these support requests methods and emails are managed using the Liquidus Outlook Addin. The Liquidus Addin is a Windows Application that works on MS Outlook versions 2000 and above and is designed to run on Windows XP and Windows Vista. Using the Liquidus Addin you can create and update support requests, create and update Contacts and also calendar items too.Some screens from the Outlook Addin are shown below;

Live Communications Server Integration Coming Soon!

We are currently busy developing a powerful new module for Liquidus that will provide client/desktop intergration with Microsoft`s Live Communications Server.&nbsp;&nbsp; This new system will allow customers who run Liquidus on their intranet with access to their Active Directory to run our Plugin to enable real-time caller identification and intelligent automated support call logging.<font class=featureTxt>Streamlined CommunicationsPeople manage their communications across many devices and applications, which can have a negative impact on productivity. Office Communications Server 2007 R2 streamlines the way users manage communications, which allows them to find and communicate with the right person, right now, from the applications they use most. It delivers on the promise of Unified Communications. Microsoft’s unique software-based approach has allowed rapid innovation. This update introduces many new enhancements over the 2007 release.
